Full Stack Engineer

The Role

You'll own core product surfaces of an AI-powered sales acceleration platform — from the interfaces sales teams use every day to the backend systems powering them. You build fast using AI coding tools as your default environment. We don't measure how you write code. We measure what you ship, your ability to do system design and quality of shipment.

What You'll Build

• Own and build the frontend of Zylabs Platform
• Own and build the backend of Zylabs Platform
• Own and build third party integrations and AI integrations for the Zylabs Platform
• Own migrations, deployments
• Own AI Agents

The Stack

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind Backend: Python, FastAPI, GRPC, LangGraph, LangSmith Data: MongoDB, Postgresql Infra: AWS / GCP, Docker, GitHub Actions AI Tools: Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 2-5 years shipping full-stack features in production — owned end to end, not just contributed
• Fluent with AI coding tools in daily workflow — Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent
• Strong enough fundamentals to catch when AI output is wrong — you can read, debug, and refactor generated code with confidence
• Makes product decisions when the spec is unclear, doesn't wait to be told
• Strong system design and database skills
• Strong understanding of Javascript

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup (under 50 people)
• Familiarity with sales tech — CRMs, sequencers etc
• A personal system for prompting, reviewing, and iterating on AI-generated code at scale
